Come discover this charming house located on the hillside of the beautiful village of Labeaume, on a 2,500-square-meter lot composed of the limestone typical of Labeaume and dotted with oak, pine, olive, and fig trees… Starting from the house, you can enjoy wonderful marked hiking and mountain biking trails along the La Beaume River. Swimming is available just an 800-meter walk from the property.
The quiet, rural setting is perfect for relaxation. A peaceful spot for nature lovers, ideal for recharging your batteries.
Shops, bars, and restaurants are nearby. You’ll discover the Chauvet Cave, located 8 km away, with its famous 38,000-year-old cave paintings, and the renowned Pont d’Arc, where canoes and kayaks await to take you down the Ardèche Gorges.
Pets allowed, but the property is not fenced.

Very clean and calm — labeaume 10 min walk away a lot of hiking path cross the area - supermarkets etc.. 10 minutes drive by car you can book the eyes closed - very kind and friendly host

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison était très propre a notre arrivée, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour (wifi, produits d'entretien, papier toilette, linge, ventilateur, etc...). L'accueil de Rafael a été très chaleureux, avec une communication au top. La maison est dans un environnement calme, (nos deux chiens ont apprécié le jardin) et est très bien située, puisqu' à 5 minutes a peine en véhicule (10 minutes à pied) du charmant et pittoresque petit village de Labeaume et de la rivière (dont nous avons bien profité !). Ruoms, son supermarché, ses boutiques, son marché le vendredi, ne sont qu'à 10 minutes (en véhicule), ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Jolie maison avec un magnifique terrain où il fait bon flâner, les enfants ont du plaisir à y jouer en suivant les chemins ou en grimpant sur les pierres . L'endroit est très calme et sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.

Tres bel environnement, maison très propre mais il faudrait envisager d'installer des moustiquaires aux fenêtres car les moustiques étaient bien presents sinon un séjour très agréable ! A refaire !

Kleines, einfaches Haus mit tollem Garten im wunderschönen Ort Labeaume. Sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und flexibel, allerdings hätte er etwas schneller auf Nachfragen reagieren können. Es gibt sehr viele Mücken, Mückengitter vor den Fenstern wären hilfreich. Als wir dort waren, waren zwischen 35-42 Grad. Da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, wird es dann innen sehr warm. Einfach als Info für Reisende im Sommer.

Rustige ligging, op loopafstand van het prachtige Labeaume. Wij hebben niets gemist in het huis aan comfort. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er wat ons betreft. Heerlijke veranda met uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame eigenaren en goed bereikbaar.

Prettig huisje in prachtige omgeving

Pluspunten: prachtige omgeving, loopafstand naar mooi dorpje Labeaume en gelijknamige rivier. Privacy. Vriendelijke behulpzame beheerder. Vertrekpunt voor diverse mooie wandelingen. Mooie veranda met fraaie rotstuin. Compleet inventaris.Minpunten: 's avonds buiten zitten kan niet vanwege muggen (smeren helpt niet). Alleen raam slaapkamer heeft hor. Alle ramen zouden dit moeten hebben zodat je kunt luchten, zeker bij heet weer.

Séjour enchanteur en Ardèche

Un gite merveilleusement situé en pleine nature en bordure de Labeaume, très beau village au bord de la rivière du même nom. Accueil très sympathique par Rafael qui nous a fait faire le tour du propriétaire et nous a indiqué les bonnes tables de Labeaume. Le gîte est parfait pour 2 couples, très bien équipé et agrémenté d'un magnifique jardin ombragé idéal pour les chaudes journées. Labeaume est idéalement située pour visiter l'Ardèche du sud, du bois de Païolive à l'ouest aux gorges de l'Ardèche avec leurs foule de grottes à l'est. On recommande avec enthousiasme.

Belle adresse au cœur d'"une région magnifiqe

Nous avons rayonné à partir de cette région centrale vers les Gorges et l'Ardèche Cévenole, vacances malheureusement perturbées par une chute le deuxième jour (mais même les urgences d'Aubenas étaient bien).

Sehr schöne 2 Wochen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Bei der Einrichtung des Ferienhauses fehlte es an wirklich nichts. WLAN hat bestens funktioniert. Wir haben uns viel angesehen. Die Badestelle ist mir dem Auto nur 3 Minuten entfernt, hat genügend Parkplätze und ist einfach nur toll gelegen. Der Vermieter Rafael ist sehr freundlich. Obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen, sind wir gut klar gekommen. Wir werden wohl nochmal wieder kommen
