In the heart of the village of Saint-Véran—Europe’s highest municipality and one of the most beautiful villages in France—on the second floor of an old house fully renovated in 2020, a magnificent 115-square-meter apartment with luxurious amenities (sauna, whirlpool, ultra-high-speed 80Mb internet, and a work area in every bedroom), facing due south with breathtaking views.

La Bobinette is ideally located at the top of the village, a 5-minute walk from the ski trailhead, hiking and snowshoeing trails, and the village’s main restaurants.


Winter: downhill skiing (33 km of trails, 30 runs ranging from green to black), ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, electric fat bikes, dog sledding…


Summer: hiking, mountain biking, tree-top adventure courses, rafting, donkey rides...

Magnifique

La Bobinette est idéalement située en plein coeur de Saint-Véran. La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes. L'appartement est meublé avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et bien équipé. Vraiment parfait !

Très bien

L'appartement était parfait dans son agencement. Très convivial avec la terrasse, la grande pièce à vivre, le sauna etc... L'accueil et le départ étaient zen avec des propriétaires chaleureux

Magnifique appartement et des propriétaires très accueillants

Super location ! L’appartement est très bien agencé, très joliment décoré et en plein cœur du village. Très au calme. L’appartement bénéficie d’une vue superbe, dégagée et plein sud. Le sauna et la balneo sont un plus, qui apporte une originalité à l’appartement. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils ou répondre à des questions.
