🎖 Le Semnoz - studio with mezzanine in the heart of the old town
Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this studio has been renovated and offers modern comfort in a building full of history.
With a surface area of 25 sqm, this furnished studio is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no lift.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with stools, a sofa and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs on the mezzanine, a large double bed and plenty of storage.
You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat Screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Fridge, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc…
⚠️ The ceiling height of the mezzanine is quite low.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without a lift.
Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground car parks.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Beyond 9 p.m., if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be requested.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
