Ideally located in the heart of Papeete, within a secure residence with a swimming pool, this comfortable, practical apartment close to everything will seduce you. Perfect for a family visiting Tahiti, a group of friends or professionals on assignment. This accommodation benefits from great capacity and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.



Condo Orovini is spacious and bright. The main room is divided into 2 distinct spaces:

- An equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, sit at the table and enjoy yourself.

- A living room with WiFi Internet, a Smart TV and a king size sofa bed for sleeping arrangements for the 5th and 6th adult.



The master bedroom with California King size bed is air-conditioned, with plenty of storage (wardrobe), a Smart TV and a desk area.

The guest bedroom with a King size bed is equipped with air conditioning, a fan and a reading corner for relaxation.

The bathroom consists of a double sink, a shower and a toilet with a hair dryer available.



You will appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the place, the proximity to the city center, Vaima shopping center, the Market and restaurants.

Very accommodating to our schedule which did not allow a timely check in, but they provided all the entry details so we could access the apartment at 5 a.m. when our flight arrived. Clean, two bedroom, one bath, spacious living room/kitchen with everything needed. Only three blocks from the harbor area... great location to access restaurants, shopping, our cruise and the ferries to Moorea. Highly recommend this property!

Clean and conveniently located. However is tricky to find the first time since it’s up a narrow street that’s hard to see. It’s run by a company so the emails were thorough and contained everything we needed but there was an additional email saying we had a “mandatory check-in” despite them having all our information which was a little confusing - when we went to the page for check-in it said it had expired. Otherwise great place to stay for a few days!

Clean, convenient location

Location was great for our purposes. We had a cruise and wanted to be within walking distance of cruise port, market and things to do without a car. We did end up renting a car for one day tonexplore the island and having parking was a bobus.

Large 2 bedrooms with air conditioners. New washer dryer. 3 televisions. No coffee or tea supplied so have to find a store first. Nice pool but no furniture to sit on. Slow to get answers from but allowed us to stay longer because our late flight.

Reasonably priced, simple accommodations

Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!

L appartement est bien situé proche du centre ville dans une rue à l écart de la foule .Il était très propre mais mérite un petit rafraîchissement.Malgré cela je le recommande sans aucune hésitation

Excellent emplacement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’être en plein centre de Papeete et possibilité de visiter à pied le bord de mer et centre ville. Hébergement placé en hauteur donc à prévoir une monté. Il est préférable d’avoir une voiture. Nous avons apprécié la taille et la décoration actuelle de l’hébergement. Spécial mention pour l’équipe de STAYINN. Très professionnels et à l’écoute de chaque de nos besoins pendant le séjour. Merci encore pour tout ! Note Privée Le ménage était vraiment limité la douche était vraiment sale et en général ménage très superficiel. La cuisine au niveau de vaisselle aussi assez limite pas des verres ou tasses, bols… Pas des torchons ou chiffons pour le ménage il y avait que 3 chiffons sales pour jeter pas vraiment pour utiliser. Pas de serpillière.

Super logement

L'emplacement est parfait, 5min du marché, du port, de toutes commodités sur Papeete. Le logement est grand,bien agencé, literie très confortable, cuisine équipée pour se permettre de cuisiner. La piscine à l'étage est un vrai plus. Super séjour pour nous 5 et commencer nos vacances en Polynésie. Juste un peu d'odeur remontant des canalisations à la salle de bain.
