Eden Park Residence: 1-bedroom apartment for 4 people just a few steps from the beach. The residence is located in a quiet setting for a vacation dedicated to relaxation and leisure.
The fully equipped, spacious, and bright apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed (140), a fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bed (140), and a shower room with a toilet. A beautiful and large terrace where you can enjoy a light and friendly atmosphere. This apartment is particularly appreciated by families.
Apartment amenities: TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Furniture for the terrace, plancha. One parking space.
To be paid on-site: security deposit (450 euros), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 70 euros.
