Beautiful apartment tastefully renovated facing the sea, rated 3 stars for two people. Capacity possible 4 people.

Come and spend your holidays in this well appointed T2 100 m from the large beach of Trez, on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator.

You will find an entrance, a living room with fitted kitchen. In the living room a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm).
A room with a 140 cm bed.
A bathroom, a toilet and a pantry with washing machine complete the whole. A balcony with sea view to spend your evenings.

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the thalassotherapy of Bénodet, the cinema and the Casino.

Parking space in basement #18, easy parking in the residence.

We particularly like:
- The small sea view from the terrace

- The decoration and comfort of the apartment

Très bel appartement sauf chauffage

L'appartement est très agréable en période d'été, malheureusement nous y étions en période froide et le chauffage de la grande pièce et de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas ce qui était très désagréable L'agence nous a prêté un petit chauffage d'appoint avec gentillesse Donc sur 3 jours 2 sans chauffage Dommage
