Step up into the Aermotor Loft. This 1200 sq ft Loft sits in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas and gives nod to Aermotor Windmills. You are on one of the best streets in town - San Antonio Street. Walk 100 yards towards Main Street and you will be in the center of everything in town. It is close to Hondo's, Crossroads, the Pioneer Museum, and more. As you walk up the drive, you will see an iconic windmill at the Pioneer Museum across the street. You will love how light, airy, clean, private, and convenient this Loft is to everything while still being in a quiet upscale neighborhood.

Come step away into Aermotor.

Inside this gorgeous loft enjoy:

-King Bedroom Suite with a king bed with Tempur-pedic style mattress and Smart TV with Hulu LIVE
-Large Master BR with 2 walk-in closets
-Luxury Spa Bathroom for 2. The walk-in shower has a bench and is stocked with shower essentials
-Living Room has a pullout couch and a Smart TV with Hulu LIVE
-Chef's Kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher). You also have a blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, Keurig & traditional coffee makers and more for cooking
-Dining area with enough seating for everyone

-New private Hot Tub with jets
-Downtown is only one block away

Amenities: sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and sweeteners etc.

You will be located on San Antonio St which is one of the nicest roads in Fredericksburg. You will find the location both quiet and private. You have access to the whole cottage and private Hot Tub. The Loft is 1 of 3 private cottages on this property. Note: These are three self-contained private units. All are super private and high end.

Walk 100 yds towards Main Street and you will be in the center of Fredericksburg, TX. House is completely walkable to everything in town.

Great location - we walked to everything on Main Street. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host - she was proactive , resourceful, and responsive. Great spot walkable to all the restaurants, wineries, and shopping on Main Street. Would stay here again for sure.

Awesome Fredericksburg Stay

We had a wonderful weekend in Fredericksburg. The property is in a perfect location to walk into town. We had everything we needed, and the accommodations are great.

Loves the place! Worked out great for the two of us. Very comfortable and great space. Close enough to walk to many places and parking and driving was also easy.

We work hard not to nickel and dime you. There is only one fee. This is an all-inclusive fee that covers linens, hot tub, lawn service, Wi-Fi, booking etc. The cleaning fee and local 7% Fredericksburg Hotel Occupancy Taxes are included in the nightly rate.

We are a "Treat Yourself Property". We know you pay a lot to stay, and our goal is to make it easy. So, when you head home, please leave the property "as you like". Should you choose to start pull your sheets, run the dishwasher and take out the trash, we are incredibly thankful, but the choice is yours.
