Your semi-detached holiday rental includes: On the ground floor: A very spacious living room with a well-equipped fitted kitchen (Cookéo + Magimix robot), fireplace with insert, A large laundry room, A bedroom with 1 160x200 bed with private bathroom with shower, A separate toilet. Upstairs: A bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, Another bedroom 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), A bathroom with shower and toilet). Outdoors: Courtyard in front and private garden at the back. Accommodation intended for leisure customers. The use of charging stations for electric cars is not permitted. A semi-detached gite with its own entrance and garden, next to a long-let property in a restored longhouse. The property, which is not overlooked, is ideally-located 16km from beautiful Trestel beach, 17km from the Presqu'ile Sauvage and Buguélès en Penvenan, 6km from the character town of Tréguier and only 4km from the pretty little character village of Pontrieux, well-known for its wash pools and marina. If you need help or advice during your stay, the owners live 200m away on their farm. Welcome to Ty Kerguen's gîte where Marie-Françoise and Yvon will give you an excellent welcome: for your comfort, the beds will be made on your arrival and the charges are included: so book quickly!!
