Schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation und der Check In verliefen sehr gut - sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber! Das Haus befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder :-) Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche sollte erneuert bzw. erweitert werden und es sollte in der Kommunikation erwähnt werden, dass weder Putzmittel, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver vorhanden sind. Jullouville ist sehr schön und man kommt schnell überall hin. Der Strandabschnitt war nicht überlaufen und der Sonnenuntergang ist sensationell. :-)

Emplacement idéal

Maison trés bien située et bien équipée avec ses 3 chambres à l'étage. Accueil avec Mme trés sympa mais avec Mr c'était moyen. Il nous a reproché de ne pas avoir lu le contrat alors que nous ne l'avions pas reçu (nous sommes passés par Abritel). Il avait fait une erreur dans notre adresse mail. Comme premier contact : pas terrible. Au delà de cela, la région est magnifique, l'emplacement idéal et sécurisé, dans une résidence fermée. Prévoir de payer l'eau et l'electricité (indiqué dans le contrat), à relever en entrant et en sortant (faite le avec les propriétaires pour plus de transparence).

Location très bien située.propre conforme à l annonce Le couple de propriétaires est bien sympathique Petit bemol nous avons dû payer 71euros a notre sortie pour l' eau et l'électricité ,ce qui nous a semblé un peu exagéré pour seulement 5jours à 5 personnes. Nous avions au préalable réglé les 5 nuits 360 euros plus 75eurost de ta xes de séjour et frais divers

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem , in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand gelegenen ,Haus. Im Haus gibt es Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen usw. , allerdings müssen Spülmaschinentabs und Waschpulver selber mitgebracht werden. Das Haus hat zwei Toiletten und ist viel heller als es auf den Bildern den Anschein macht. Vor und hinter dem Haus gibt es eine Terrasse. Leider hatten wir trotz Wifibox keine WLAN Verbindung. Fernsehen nur in französisch möglich. Strom wird extra berechnet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.
