This quiet 2 bedroom townhome with a modern, open concept will be your home away from home while you're in Omaha.

Locate next door to the YMCA you can hit the gym with a short walk, or head over to one of the nearby shopping centers to find retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. If you like golf there is a 9-hole par 3 course less than 1 minute from the house.

Need to get downtown or to west Omaha? No problem! You'll have a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to either far end of town.

This is a beautiful home with the perfect layout and space. It is so close to everything we needed but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The host was so kind and wonderful. I will be back again when I am in the area.

Exceeded our expectations! The property is very clean and comfortable and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was a joy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and the homemade cookies were delicious! We look forward to staying here again!!

The house is very comfortable and clean. Everything you should need is available such as a fully equipped kitchen,laundry detergent, cereal, and fresh fruit. It is nice to have a garage, too. Kayln is a wonderful host. She responds immediately and makes you feel welcome to her house.She leaves a plate a freshly baked cookies upon your arrival-yummy! We stayed in this house 5 years ago and it is as nice now as then for what we needed.

Wonderful Home Away From Home!

We stayed 10 days for my daughter and son-in-law's second wedding reception in Omaha. During that time we also celebrated her birthday, surprising her with friends she had no idea were coming to the reception. When they say they have a well stocked kitchen, they mean it! I brought my Instant Pot and found they supplied one! Coffee beans and a grinder (my son-in-law loved that!). Plenty of towels and hot water. Was great having the use of the garage for organizing all of the reception decor. Very comfortable and welcoming home with communicative hosts. Especially loved the VERY happy cardinal singing right outsie the door! Highly recommend!!!

Kalyn was an excellent host as she was very responsive to any inquiries. The homemade cookies were also a nice touch. There is plenty of room in the townhome, with a spacious kitchen and dining area. For future renters, I would just highlight that there is only one shower. The guest bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and I incorrectly assumed there was also a shower in that bathroom. Not a big issue, but if guests are showering, they will have to all use the master bathroom.

Appreciated the owner's responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. The only negative is the garage steps which caught me off guard a couple times (even with the caution cone). Definitely would recommend staying at this property.

Nice Place

This Townhome is a nice, clean, spacious, well stocked place to stay. The communication with Kalyn was good. My only wish is that I would have known it was a townhome and that the outside space made more sense to use on this nice weekend. Also, I wish my brother and his wife wouldn't have entered the house prior to check-in time. My apologies!

Home Base Oasis

We were very happy to stay in our spacious home base, with back deck and garage. The decor and ammenities were wonderful. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will stay there again. Our visit was comfortable. This is a top tier oasis.

Excellent stay

The place is cute. Enough parking for 5 cars (we only had one). Our host baked cookies, had a little stack basket. (Huge hit with my daughter) Huge kitchen. Adorable little balcony. Place was spotless, beds were so comfy. Bathrooms were big, daughter took a bath in the whirlpool tub. If you are a family of 4. This place is perfect! Oh by the way, the host was in communication the entire time. A lovely experience!

Perfect home for baseball trip

This home met our needs perfectly. The host was super friendly and responsive. Check in was super easy. The location was perfect to get to our nephew’s baseball games all week long. Would highly recommend!

My son and I stayed here while we visited for the CWS. It is conveniently located (about 20 mins from downtown). The house had all we needed, was in great condition, and Kalyn was very easy to correspond with. The freshly baked cookies and fruit that greeted us were nice touches as well.

Base for family visit

We wanted a place to relax while visiting a family member living in a CCRC. This was perfect. Nicely appointed. Snacks and coffee were much appreciated. Variety of pillows. Great washer/dryer. Host was very accomodating.

Baseball World Series

My 11year old played in the Slumpbuster World Series. This house was an EXCELLENT stay! Kalyn was an OUTSTANDING host. The house was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and more than enough space for our family of four! It was our home away from home! The neighborhood was quiet and offered a peaceful getaway from the busy ballfields. It was 15-20 minutes from downtown and many of our other destinations! We highly recommended this home! If we come back to Omaha in the future, this will be our place to stay!

Nice home in a peaceful area. We were looking to slow down and relax for a couple of days and were able to do just that. Comfortable bed and a jetted tub helped us to relax as planned.

Great place to stay

The house was clean and the host was very responsive. She anticipated some of our needs traveling with young children which was very appreciated. It is in a low traffic neighborhood but not too far of a drive to get to the main attractions in the area.

We bought this home to prepare for when & if my parents needed to move from a small town on the other side of Nebraska, where I grew up. Until the time comes for them to move in, we wanted to open it up for others to have a quiet, comfortable & safe place to relax while enjoying the beautiful city of Omaha!

We chose the area because my mom fell in love with the house & the YMCA next door was a huge bonus!

While our home is a town home, the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home from the connecting town home & the level of quiet is amazing! We are also really lucky to have such amazing neighbors that look out for our home & our guests!
