Very cute place. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Nice backyard and patio for little ones to run around. Host was wonderful, communicated very well.

This place is quaint, beautiful, and I felt right at home. It’s in a great neighborhood as well. The host was extremely communicative with simple check in and check out instructions. WiFi and smart TVs were available for us, with additional blankets to cozy up. The three bedrooms accommodated my family perfectly and the game room was great for us to play family games. The kitchen had almost all essentials to cook your meals. Water pressure is amazing and the hot water gets really hot so beware. Overall, strongly recommend!

Close to everything?

We were passing through Omaha on our way home from the Rocky mountains and took a couple days to go to the zoo and explore the area. This house was close to everything and made our stay wonderful.

Lovely home

We really emjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing fans in each room. There was lots of room for our extended family to spread out. I enjoyed having my morning coffee sitting in the screened in front porch..

Great stay!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of steps from the street to the porch, just a heads up. The house was in a great spot and fit our needs as a family of 8 perfectly. The kids LOVED the basement! We barely saw them at the house lol. Owner was great, very prompt with responses for anything we needed.

Great Place to Stay

I booked this place for my family coming overseas to visit me and my wife. Place is located on a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and it has quick access to I-80. Only downside is that we didn’t realize that it is street parking only.

Easy check in and check out.Really enjoyed our stay at this cute home. 5 adults for weekend of Henry Dorley zoo. Hottest weekend of the year, but the house was nice and cool. Family neighborhood, quiet. Nice back yard we did not get to enjoy due to the heat, but would have loved to grill out, so I cooked in the kitchen that had everything we needed.Next time we are in Omaha we will get this place again if its available.

Great home for our family.

My family of 6 stayed here for a baseball tournament during the college World Series. The home worked perfectly for my family. The location of the home was great and easy to get around to all of the baseball fields we played at. Street parking was sometimes tricky, but we made it work. The home sits up high, so the stairs was a workout. My entire family enjoyed the home and we would book again if we are in the area again.

This property is amazing! They have done such a great job providing a very clean, comfortable, and home away from home space. Every little feature was well thought out. All amenities were above and beyond. The beds are super comfortable! Very close to all conveniences.

This property fit most of our needs as a family. The host was very responsive. The host provided all we needed to make our trip easy. The only problems for us were the off street parking and the amount of steps going up to the house. Which really wasn't the fault of the owner, we just missed the picture on the advertisement that showed the steps to the property. If you have people that have a hard time with steps (as there is a bedroom downstairs too) this may not be the property for you.

Moving my daughter from NY to NE

We booked this trip to help our daughter move from home in western NY to Omaha, where she will be pursuing her doctorate in immunology, pathology, and neuroscience. The home was only 5 minutes away from her apartment so we were able to easily go back and forth to help her get situated and moved in. The rental was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We traveled with my mother and mother-in-law and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. Troy was easy to reach and responsive. Directions for check in and check out were easy to follow and easy to complete. The home itself was exactly as described in the listing and as the perfect little retreat in such an amazing city. If we visit again with a group, I am more than ready to book Troy’s property again!

Family Getaway

We only stayed a couple days. Check-In was easy. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived but the owner had contacted me immediately and worked with me to get it fixed and to compensate for the trouble. He recommended activities and places to eat which we did and enjoyed. It would have been nice if the backyard had the grass cut and the sidewalk cleaned as there were a lot of berries on the ground so we were afraid to go back there too much or we would track berries into the house, and the outdoor furniture was dirty. Even though it was hot out we were able to open the screen porch windows and enjoy a breeze and the view. We enjoyed our time at the house, beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen and living room were clean. Overall we were satisfied with stay especially because of how easy the owner was to work with. We would be willing to book with him again.

I was in town with my family for a tournament. Our boys are on a traveling 7v7 football team. This was a wonderdul space for us and our children. We had everything we needed and it was quite cozy. Troy was a great host. He was responsive and all communication was easy. We could not have had a better stay. We book again if the opportunity comes around.
