A charming 19-square-meter studio, clean and well-laid-out, located in St. Marc-sur-Mer (in the municipality of St. Nazaire), a 6-minute walk from Mr. Hulot Beach and the shops in St. Marc-sur-Mer.

Entrance: sleeping alcove with one 80x190 bed and a large closet underneath; shower/toilet room
Main room: Fully equipped kitchenette (washer, microwave) with dining table + living area with a 140x190 sofa bed + TV + storage.
Balcony and bike storage.
Street parking available in front of the residence (no private parking).
Quiet neighborhood.
Located 11 minutes by car from Pornichet Bay/La Baule.

Towels, bed linens, and dish towels provided.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests or a flat fee of 40 € is available as an additional charge.

A security deposit check for 300 € will be required at the beginning of your stay and returned at the end of your stay.

Schöne Umgebung

Wir waren zufrieden, Preis, Leistung OK. Bett müsste getauscht werden. Das war das was wir am meisten bemängeln. Es ist eine Couch zum aufklappen. Viel zu klein für 2 Personen und ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Sauberkeit haben wir nur 3 Punkte vergeben liegt aber eher daran das manches ausgetauscht werden müsste in der Ferienwohnung und eher veraltet ist und schäbig wirkt, zb. Hygenieeimer, Duschvorhang . Vermieter ist super freundlich und bemüht obwohl er weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht fühlten wir uns nett empfangen.

Location bien placé à 600m de la plage avec petit restos

Bonne location exactement comme le descriptif et les photos propriétaire sympathique seul bémol la salle de bain vétuste.

Studio fonctionnel et bien situé q

Studio avec un coin lit idéal pour séjour avec un enfant, et balcon. Fonctionnel, propre, parfaitement situé près de la plage et commerce. Possibilité de faire tous à pied! Propriétaire très sympa et à l’écoute! Nous recommandons vivement, nous avons passées de bonnes vacances!

Le propriétaire était très arrangeant pour les bricoles à revoir et très aimable, très bon contact.
