In a quiet and secure Provencal style residence with free parking, rents a large crossing studio (40 m2) on the ground floor with covered terrace (10 m2) overlooking swimming pools (including a paddling pool) and pine forest.
10 minutes walk from the beach of Péguière, 5 minutes by car from the many shops of Boulouris and its train station. Close to the bus stop for downtown Saint Raphaël.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi oven, 2 electric hotplates, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, filter and nespresso coffee makers, ...) open to living room (TV).
5 beds: 1 double bed - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 1 person in alcove.
Sheets and towels not provided.
Bathroom (bath, double sink, washing machine, wc).
Animals prohibited - Barbecue prohibited

Petit séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence de Boulouris. La piscine est tres agréable et contrairement a ce qu’on pensait elle n’était pas full en plein mois d’aout. La plage est à 10 min à pieds cependant pour avoir de jolies plages il est préférable d’être véhiculé. L’appartement quant à lui est équipé de tout le materiel nécessaire et d’une petite terrasse, parfait pour un petit séjour au soleil.
