NOTICIAS EXCITANTES, DEBIDO A LA DEMANDA POPULAR, CASA DEL MAR 2 ESTARÁ LISTA EN JULIO DE 2018. CONSULTE LA REFERENCIA DE PROPIEDAD 8426513 Esta casa en primera línea de playa está situada en Butibamba, La Cala de Mijas.
Cuatro habitaciones dobles, orientación sur con fantásticas vistas al mar. Esta casa de playa tiene la opción de atender hasta 8 personas. Hay un amplio salón que ofrece TV / DVD y WIFI gratuito. La cocina cuenta con instalaciones completas para cocinar, así como un horno de microondas. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado que suministra aire frío y caliente. En la parte delantera de la casa hay una terraza donde se puede cenar al aire libre mirando al mar.
La terraza trasera ofrece una lavadora y dos tanques de agua de 150 litros que garantizan suficiente agua para satisfacer todas sus necesidades. En el primer piso hay un balcón donde podrá relajarse, leer un libro o simplemente ver pasar los barcos. La casa tiene un armario de lino bien abastecido y amplias toallas de playa.
Si necesita una casa limpia mientras está de vacaciones, esto se puede arreglar. El establecimiento se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de los bares / tapas locales y la tienda de comestibles. La ciudad de La Cala está a 10 minutos a pie, con una gran variedad de bares, restaurantes, bancos y tiendas.
Los miércoles / sábados hay un mercado donde puedes comprar productos locales y muchos accesorios de ropa / casa.
Un servicio de autobús sale cada 15 minutos y puede llevarlo a Fuengirola o Marbella.

Casa del Mar was everything we wanted and there was more than sufficient space for our party of 7 adults and 1 child. The location being away from the main square but in very easy walking distance suited us perfectly. The property had everything we needed and more.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. crockery, cookware, food storage etc., as was the laundry area. It is so close to the beach, popping back to the house was a doddle when you needed anything. There are plenty of great restaurants and beach bars very close to the house, as well as lots more in the centre of La Cala. A small supermarket is a few mins walk away. The outside space was ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. We couldn't fault communication with the host with our questions answered very quickly during the booking process and post. We highly recommend.

The property is spotless, like home from home. The bed linen was crisp white and towels were soft unlike some property’s. Can not fault and already booking for next year. Bruno thank you for having us you have a beautiful home and the sea view is a cherry on the cake .

Perfect Beach Vacation House

Our family of 6 loved this beautiful beach house. Steps from the beach and a great location to walk to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, nice towels and all of the amenities you need. Bruno was wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great holiday

We have been to la Cala many times and stayed in many different types of accommodation I would say Casa Del Mar is probably one of the best for value for money and incredibly clean accommodation. I think it is best suited For 4-6 people.

Perfect beach place

With few meters to the perfect beach this is a hose to recommend. The boardwalk with several miles of walk by the sea with the best view. Easy in and out + helpful personell. Yes, we would love to come back.

Fantastic Holiday

Great house in an idyllic location right by the beach. The property had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. We had no problems finding parking nearby. We enjoyed some beach days but also found plenty to do and see on our ten day stay, including trips to Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola Bioparc, Ronda and Gibraltar. We would happily come back again! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Short break away

Had a 5 night break away with 5 friends. Property size was perfect/clean/modern along with the location where we were minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 metres from the beach which was great. Ian was a great host and very attentive. We normally stay around La Cala de Mijas and this was a great choice of property and will hopefully be back soon

A 5 star stay in a wonderfully appointed property

We really couldn’t have asked for more, we were a family group of 8 ranging from 9 years through to 84 years old! The property and location are the best we have ever stayed in, there was nothing that wasn’t there on hand in the house and the location was right on the beach, can’t wait to return. The communication from Ian the owner was first class and Diana who meet us on our arrival couldn’t do enough to help us. Magical break would recommend highly!

Lovely house in a perfect location

The house we stayed in was in the perfect location, right on the beach. It was very spacious and modern. Bruno was very welcoming when we got there and explained everything to us that we needed. Ian also kept in contact to make sure we had a good time and if there was anything that we needed.

The host was extremely helpful and available if we needed him. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and plentiful towels. Games, information sheets, books, tv, air con / heating (we stayed in December) if required. Would highly recommend!

Just had a 5 day break with friends for my 60th birthday, Ian and Bruno went above and beyond to make it special, the house is fantastic everything you need and more would definitely recommend .

Didn’t want to leave.

Lovely Beach house with great views, it’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and those calming waves lapping the shore. Only a short walk to the town centre with bars,cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Our stay was only a 5 day golf holiday but we all agreed we wanted to stay longer. Would highly recommend this Beach house for families or groups of friends.

Fabulous

The house along with the hosts were fabulous. We were accomadated before the usual check in time and were told we could stay past check out if we wanted to. The house had everything you would need. The location was great with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Would highly recommend staying here.
