The cottage features a living room (pellet stove) with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Outside: an enclosed garden with a private wooden terrace equipped with a barbecue, parking, and a small storage shed. Secured entrance with an electric gate. The cottage adjoins the owner's home. The bedroom layout does not allow for the installation of a crib. Beds are made upon arrival. This rental property is located in Surzur, at the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, making it the ideal starting point for your day trips. Within a 20-kilometer radius, you can discover some of the must-see sites in southern Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Damgan, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and islands, the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, Vannes, and more.
