Très bon séjour

Super Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bilder geben das Haus sehr gut wieder. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und einem Hund zwei Wochen zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit und standen auch während des Urlaubs für Rückfragen jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit erneut dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Charmante maison et bien située

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour en famille. Les propriétaires Fabien et Sabrina nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse à notre arrivée. Soucieux que notre séjour soit réussi, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils et adresses. La presqu’île se prêtant bien aux balades à vélo, Fabien a également mis à notre disposition 4 vélos. La maison est très propre. Elle dispose d’une grande pièce de vie très agréable et lumineuse. La terrasse invite à la farniente, et au barbecue, d’autant plus que le jardin est très calme. Enfin pour qui veut à la fois profiter de la presqu’île et visiter les alentours, la position est très centrale.

Traumurlaub in tollem modernen geräumigen Haus

Das Haus bietet alles, was im Urlaub wünschenswert ist und auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt in diesem vollständig umzäunten Grundstück. Moderne Küche und schön eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und viel Platz für alle. Die Gastgeber sind ganz reizend und haben alles erklärt. Leider wurde in der Umgebung gerade viel gebaut, sodass ein wenig Lärm manchmal störte. Ansonsten ist die Lage super, nah am Atlantik und nah zum Golf und auch die schöne alte Stadt Vannes ist in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen! Vielleicht gibt es dann auch eine Espressomaschine?!

superbe location

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont su rester discrets pendant nos 3 semaines de location. La maison est très bien, lumineuse, spacieuse et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et la proximité des sites à visiter. Juste une suggestion, ce serait bien d'avoir un valet dans la chambre ou une chaise pour poser les affaires et investir dans 2 transats. Sinon tout était parfait. Sylvie & Michel R.

Maison moderne calme agréable, proximité de superm

Notre séjour c'est déroulé au mois d’aout 2015 sur deux semaines, en famille avec deux enfants. Les photos correspondent à la location, le soleil compris ! Les propriétaires (Sab&Fab) sont très aimables, attentionnés et serviables. Ils nous ont bien aidé sur la préparation de notre séjour en nous livrant quelques coins secrets, les bons restaurants (crêperie comprise), les parcours cyclable à effectuer, ... Vous aurez à disposition une foule d'information sur la presqu'ile de Rhuys. La location est calme, pas de voisin bruyant. Les trois couchages sont impeccables, le logement est propre et presque tout est neuf. Ordinateur, Wifi sont à disposition – bon débit pour l’internet. La maison est bien orientée, et toujours lumineuse. Une belle terrasse est mise à disposition, parfait pour le petit déjeuné, repas du soir (soleil du matin au soir 19hrs). Cette location se situe à 55mn de Lorient et d'autant de Guérande; 20mn de Vannes, 12mn de Penvins et 20mn d’Arzon: autant dire à mi-chemin de beaux centres d'intérêt. A noter que vous trouverez trois boulangeries accessibles en vélo (5mn), une boucherie, un supermarché et un centre nautique à la sortie du village.

EXCELLENTE LOCATION

Couple avec un enfant en bas âge, cette location a répondu totalement à nos attente et a contribué au déroulement d'un excellent séjour. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très agréable. Il a su répondre à nos exigences à savoir nous mettre à disposition du matériel de puériculture. La maison est propre, spacieuse et entièrement équipée (multimédia, équipement ménager et de cuisine, vélo,...) ce qui garantie de manquer de rien et de passer un séjour en toute sérénité. De plus, le peu de vis-à-vis et le calme assure de passer des vacances au repos. Enfin la maison est parfaitement située pour découvrir cette belle région (accès rapide à vannes, la presqu’île de Rhuis, les plages de l'océan,...) Cette location est a recommander!

Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux, donnant de bons conseils pour découvrir la région, en plus des nombreux prospectus sont mis à disposition. La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse, entretenue et aménagée avec soin. Le calme y est très appréciable. Idéale pour une famille même avec enfant en bas âge, puisqu'ils mettent à disposition le matériel nécessaire (parc, lit parapluie, baignoire). Elle est très bien située pour ceux qui veulent découvrir le golfe et la presqu'ile de Rhuys sans avoir besoin de circuler longtemps, de jolies plages de sable sont à moins de 15 min. Nous y retournerons sans aucun souci, d'ailleurs nous avons déjà mis une option pour l'été prochain.
