Large outdoor area, surrounded by the greenery of centuries-old carob trees, garden, swimming pool and patio view, equipped verandas with pool view, free wi-fi, free parking, free barbecue area. The accommodation has an area of 70 square meters on two floors. On the ground floor: kitchenette, dining area, bathroom, double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Upstairs a cozy sitting area with sofa bed and a double bedroom. Outside there are two verandas, one of which is equipped and a private garden which leads into the common swimming pool. Guests can use at their leisure all the common areas, including the barbecue area and the bowling green.
Surrounded by carob and olive trees I 5 Sensi will guarantee you a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Its location however will allow you to reach the beaches of Marina di Modica, Pozzallo and Sampieri in a few minutes or visit the suggestive villages of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage, und der Garten waren sehr gut gepflegt. Ebenso der Pool, der nicht nur für Kinder toll ist. Modica haben wir mit dem Leihauto in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht. Zum nächsten Strand sind wir etwa 10 Minuten gefahren. Rosario war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können 5 SENSI jedenfalls weiterempfehlen.

Liebevolle und schöne Anlage

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern im Juli/August 2016 für 14 Tage zu Gast im 5 sensi. Kurzum: wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Bildern spiegeln die Anlage gut wider, die Pflege durch die Gastgeber ist bemerkenswert. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, die Gartenanlagen ebenso gehegt, gepflegt und gesprengt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses (wir hatten die Variante 2 Schlafzimmer) ist puristisch, es wurden wertige Materialen (z.B. landestypische Fliesen) verbaut, es gab sogar einen Jakusie im Bad. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist aufs Wesentlichste konzentriert, es gibt genau das was man benötigt, Gläser, Teller, Messer, Topf und Pfanne, aber eben auch nicht mehr – es gibt z.B. keine Spül- oder Waschmaschine. Das muss man wissen – das Motto lautet back to the roots! Man hat zwangsläufig auf der Anlage Kontakt zu den anderen Häusern, die während unserer Zeit sehr international und bunt besetzt waren. Das ist auch ein wenig der Grundgedanke, mit anderen in Kontakt zu kommen und sich auszutauschen – wir haben gern den ein oder anderen zu einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse eingeladen! Abschließend sei erwähnt, dass die Anlage strategisch gut gelegen ist, um den Südosten von Sizilien zu erkunden, das Meer ist nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt!
