Very nice villa, spacious, with magnificent dominant 180 ° view of the village and the Massif des Maures, south facing, located in Vidauban, between sea and mountains (30 km from the beaches of St MAXIME or FREJUS, 60 km from GORGES DU VERDON, 45 minutes from St-Ttopez, Cannes or Toulon.
You will enjoy the private pool 10 m / 5 m.
You will have 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, laundry access for use washing machine, 1 large living room with open kitchen equipped with American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large panoramic veranda, terrace, swimming pool, deckchairs, parasol, large enclosed garden, private parking up to 3 cars.
The house has been completely renovated, very clean housing, well equipped and tastefully decorated.
Residential area and very quiet, the bakery is a few minutes walk, the closest supermarket at 600 m, village center 1 km shops. A large shopping center (hyper U + 40 shops + Mcdo) is 10 minutes drive, Lidle
The river is 900 m from the house. Beach equipped, canoe and accrobranche to 1500 m, park with inflatable structure and trampolines (Dracénie park).
Village with a lot of animation the summer on the big place.
Market on Sunday morning. Numerous Provencal markets around and wineries.
Everything is there for an exceptional holiday and with nice weather almost guaranteed!
