Well equipped, modern flat - excellent position near the sea and close to water sports facilities. We didn’t have wifi in the flat but everything else was excellent and super clean. The balcony was a real plus.

Nice flat with small flaws

The inserat states internet but this means that there is internet available via phone, no wifi provided. They were so kind to support us with a local wifi provider somehow. So If you need wifi ask them how you could purchase it. We had half a roll of toiletpaper and the supermarket had none so we had to be a bit economical. For a week this was doable. After we asked we also got towels, thanks for that. We enjoyed the balcony the most with perfect sun times, almost too much. Picked up baguette and croissants (around 1.5km) daily. And we visited every day another city nearby. Wherever we went there were always hiking trails available, so just go out.

-Pas de wifi et très peu de réseau.-Accueil très expéditif (1 minutes 30 max). Zero explication.-Des sms et appels vocaux restés sans réponses pendant plusieurs jours alors que nous étions sur place. Propriétaire injoignable.-Télévision qui ne marchait pas -Ménage de 60 euros qu’il a fallu régler en catastrophe en partant (ce qui aurait pu être évité s’il y avait eu une meilleure communication durant le séjour ou simplement le jour de l’arrivée). -des insectes dans la chambre mezzanine (je n’en ai pas vus en bas, mais un certain nombre en haut). Et trop forte chaleur dans cette chambre. Il faut choisir entre avoir trop chaud ou le bruit des voitures en dormant les fenêtres ouvertes. Je n’ai pu y passer qu’une nuit. Pour le reste, j’ai pris le deuxième matelas de l’autre chambre et ai dormi dans le salon.-Chambre d'enfant vraiment petite avec gros risque de se cogner la tête car plafond très plongeant. Ok pour mon enfant en bas âge mais pas plus. -Volet automatique dysfonctionnel dans le salon (il faut appuyer très fort et plusieurs fois sur les mêmes touches)-Dernier étage sans ascenseur.-Belle vue-la propriétaire m'a prêté deux torchons car je n'en avais pas

Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas lu avec attention, ni regardé les photos de l' appartement avant de reserver.Il y est bien spécifié qu'il n'y a pas de wifi, qu'il y a un service de ménage sur demande et que la chambre est petite.Les photos montrent que les chambres sont mansardées.Les problèmes de réseau internet ne sont pas de mon fait,ni la canicule.

Très satisfait de notre séjour, appartement bien situé, sympa , terrasse vue mer et proximité pour accéder à la mer , pêche à pied très proche.Secteur agréable.Pour les gens sensibles au bruit , la route passant derrière le bâtiment peut gêner, mais cela cesse vite le soir..

Appartement très bien équipé, tout semble neuf ou très récent. La vue mer depuis l'ensemble des pièces est un régal. Les alentours sont d'un calme absolu et l'air de la mer fait qu'on ne souffre pas de la chaleur.

Wir waren nach 2025 in diesem Jahr wieder hier. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen.Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist toll. Bis zum Strand sind es nur einige Meter.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super freundliche Privat-Vermieter, tolle Lage der Wohnung, mit herrlichem Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Zum Baden bei Ebbe geht man ein paar Minuten zum sehr breiten und flachen Strandabschnitt. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. Wohnung in Damgan

Die Unterkunft hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend möbeliert. Die Küchenausstattung/Küchengeräte waren super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

une pépite

Depuis 20 ans que nous louons en Bretagne, cet appartement restera une pépite. Et pas seulement par le paysage sublime sur lequel il ouvre sa terrasse en bord de mer, mais aussi par la qualité et l'agrément des prestations globales qu'il offre. Tout est neuf, évidemment très propre, niveaux de confort et d'équipements très bons. Malgré une météo moyenne en ce début Octobre, nous avons pu profiter au maximum de ce séjour grâce à tout cela. Merci aussi aux propriétaires, gentils, chaleureux, disponibles, discrets. Si nous en avons l'opportunité, c'est avec un très grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement

Nous avons adoré ce séjour dans cet appartement. La vue directe sur la mer depuis les baies de la salle et la fenêtre de la cuisine est incroyable. On se lève, et dès le petit déjeuner, on en prend plein la vue ! L'appartement est très bien situé : il y a une petite plage en face, mais il y a pas mal de galets (prévoir les petites chaussures de plongée), et à 7 mn à pied, sans se presser, par la voie verte, sans voiture aux alentours, on arrive à la grande plage de sable. C'est extra ! La boulangerie est à 25 mn à pied; cela peut paraître long, mais quelle chouette balade à faire, le long de la plage : on ne voit pas le temps passer. Il y a aussi possibilité de louer un vélo, car Marc et Nadine proposent un petit local où l'on peut le ranger. Seul petit bémol de la location, le plafond très bas dans la chambre, et l'escalier de meunier très très raide : il faut s'accrocher à la rampe pour descendre, et je vous conseille d'apporter une lampe frontale si vous avez l'habitude de vous lever la nuit, ainsi vous pourrez libérer vos deux mains et descendre en toute sécurité !
