Our Farm View VRBO overlooks our family's main farm and surrounding farmland. The view is relaxing and changes depending on the time of year. The 1860's farmhouse has been freshly remodeled and contains many essentials and amenities. It is very roomy and comfy for large or small groups. The adjacent barn contains games -- pool, ping pong, foosball, darts, air hockey, corn hole, and a Hershey Park original skee ball. Guests must be able to climb one flight of steps to enter the house.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it was perfect yet again. Clean, fully stocked, beautiful property and 5 minutes off 81. The kids LOVE the game barn and there is room for all. Hoping to be able to book it again for next year. Thank you.
Our group of 10 had a great time staying here for a wedding weekend! The kids enjoyed the barn full of games and the upstairs gaming area! Plenty of room for all of us! Would stay again if we would need to be in that area!
We had several from our company who went to a trade show nearby. Rather than renting out several hotel rooms - even at a show discounted rate - we came out much cheaper when we stayed at this house. Plus we saved money on food because we had our own kitchen. Would definitely recommend this option.
The stay was fantastic! The house fit our group of 12 easily, the kitchen and other amenities were clean and worked well. The barn had loads of great games and there were many relaxing areas for people to eat, watch the football games, and play games! The host was very friendly and helpful and very responsive - they even went above and beyond by plowing the driveway quickly after we had not one but two bouts of snow! Everyone had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay!!!
House was better than the pictures. Very clean and spacious. We were able to fit all 16 of us around the kitchen table for Thanksgiving dinner! Main floor living room was spacious enough for all of us to be together, but the house had plenty of room on bottom and top floor for anyone who needed a quiet break from the group. The game room in the barn was an added bonus.
Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the home and property. Very spacious and accommodating for a large group. The game room at the barn was a blast and we had a lovely view of the fall foilage across the mountain range.
The home and setting was comfortable and accommodating for all 15 of us ranging from 6 months to 78 years old. Everyone had the space needed for their belongings and additional room for play. The kitchen is even more spacious than it appears in the picture and it was well stocked with the various tools for all our cooking needs. It is located in a beautiful farm setting that makes it feel like a dream come true.
What a wonderful place to stay! It was great to have a place for each family group to make home base and to all come together in the living room and kitchen. Overall it was a great location to Hershey and to the state park for fall hiking.
It was a blessing to stay here during our Women Retreat.
Beautiful house, beautiful landscape and accessible to everything around.
Very nice host and communicative.
Easy access and responsive.
Definitely 100% recommended
Our family stayed here during my brother’s wedding weekend. Only 6 minutes from Fredericksburg community center (the wedding venue).
The Hosts are very kind and understanding. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
My big families had a wonderful time at the house. The house have more than enough space for the 17 of us, kids and adults. We love that we have two living room/family room. It allowed some to play small group games, while others watched TV and relax in the other. We also love the large dining table, where we sat around eating and chatting.
Sue was a wonderful host and this place didn't disappoint! Brought the family together for two days to do our yearly fantasy football draft and the property comfortably held all 12 of us!
Thank you!
I was looking for a place that could accommodate a large group, extra bathrooms, extra rooms to relax yet enough space for when we all wanted to be together and play games. Perfect house and location. The game room barn was a good selling point as well but it turns out it was a little musty this time of year. The teens used it a little but mostly we all enjoyed the cornhole games outside with plenty of outdoor chairs to use. The host was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly.
We had a great stay here. Our host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed.
The house is beautiful: most of the floors, furniture, and finishings look brand new. There were plenty of bedrooms and spaces for a larger group. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals and serving.
The barn games were great for teens, tweens, and grownups.
We loved our stay at this lovely home. It is spacious and well appointed. There was plenty to do for our group of parents and teens. The grounds are serene and beautiful.
Host was friendly and funny and helpful. House had all the amenities you need: plenty of rooms, spacious eating areas, games, lovely views and plenty of places for making memories
House had lots of space for group to spread out. The game barn was great to have on a rainy day. Sue was a great host. She checked in immediately when a storm knocked out the power for a few minutes.
We had a wonderful stay at this location. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again ourselves.
Farm View is owned and operated by five members of the Werner Family. Sue and daughter-in-law Katie oversee our listings. (We have a second property within a mile of Farm View called Harvest Hill.) Werner Acres is a Century Farm that has been continuously owned by 5 generations of famers in the Werner Family. We all love farming and the beauty of country life, which we wish to share with others.
