En réponse à votre message,
déjà merci pour les compliments. Nous avons eu cet été beaucoup de soucis de casse et de dégâts avec les locataires.
Le parquet à gondolé suite à une fenêtre laissé ouverte lors d'un orage. Il est actuellement totalement changé à l'étage.
Mardi RDV avec des artisans pour la refection des salle de bain.
Pour le reste je pense que tout est aux normes, la rénovation date de 2021.
Nous allons rendre la prestation manage obligatoire, la aussi trop de soucis cette année, le système de confiance se dégrade de saison en saison.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le Cantal, cette région verte où les sommets arrondis des volcans procurent l'apaisement , où le plaisir des randonnées procure la fatigue utile à de bonnes nuits de sommeil. La région idéale pour se ressourcer !

Belle batisse exterieure entouree de vaches laitieres et salers. Endroit tres calme. Besoin d etre véhiculé. La region du cantal est magnifique avec de jolies randonnees à faire. Bemol a l arrivee : le menage.
