Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est assez bien placée. Elle est propre. Quelques problemes de portes ( penderie, frigo, et baie vitrée qui ne se ferme pas en bas).. dommage que la végétation sur la terrasse ne soit pas taillée car déjà petite et peu pratique nous avons eu du mal à 6 personnes à en profiter. Une clim aurait été la bienvenue. Un peu déçu vu le tarif. Stationnement facile et quartier calme.

Très bel appartement, l’accès du bas également par l’extérieur se révèle pratique.Tout est prévu. Grand logement idéal pour 8 personnes. Idéalement situé en centre-ville et à 200 m d’une plage plus intimiste. A louer sans hésiter.

Séjour du nouvel an en famille

Il faut que l' interrupteur pour le sous sol soit plus accessible. Attention à la propreté de la vaisselle. Maison agréable

Maison très bien située, près de la plage, avec une belle vue sur le Garden. Petits bémols : Problème de lumière dans l'escalier et pas d'accès à la maison par le rez de chaussée.

Séjour très agréable

Maison pratique idéalement placée proche de la plage du chay, du port et des commerces. Belle vue mer du séjour, 4 chambres optimisées pour passer un très bon séjour. Décoration moderne de bon goût. Petite terrasse sympathique. Le seul petit bémol est la proximité d’une rue relativement passante et légèrement bruyante. Merci pour cet excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable

La maison est idéalement située car très proche de la mer et de la plage du Chay et également assez proche (moins de 20' à pied) du centre ville, du marché et des commerces. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout le confort. Il manquait des photos de certaines chambres que le propriétaire a envoyées sans problème. Le propriétaire très sympathique a également envoyé une liste d'adresses pour faciliter notre séjour. Il y avait eu une incompréhension sur le linge de maison fourni : le propriétaire pensait au linge de lit et nous à tout le linge de maison, serviettes incluses. Nous l'avons signalé le jour de notre arrivée et le lendemain l'accueillante nous ramenait des draps de bain, serviettes et gants de toilettes neufs. Superbe réactivité ! Nous n'avons eu qu'à les passer à l'eau pour les utiliser. On sent une remise à neuf de la maison avec une belle décoration (tout au moins, tout à fait à notre goût), de belles douches à l'italienne. Pour trouver quelque chose de mitigé, l'espace extérieur mériterait d'être plus grand (dans le cas de jeunes enfants ayant besoin de se défouler) mais il reste conforme à ce qui était indiqué et la plage n'est pas loin !
