This beautifully updated condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and features breathtaking views of the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the private beachfront balcony. Plus, enjoy FREE seasonal beach chair service (March–October), included with your stay!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare beach snacks, quick breakfasts, or full family meals, with dining options at the breakfast bar, dining table, or while soaking in the sparkling Gulf views. After a fun-filled day in the sun, unwind in the spacious living area featuring a large 65” Smart TV, perfect for SEC football Saturdays, movie nights, or streaming your favorite shows on Netflix. For added convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer.

The spacious primary suite offers a king-size bed and a beautifully updated private bathroom with a custom tile walk-in shower. Amazing View

We loved this little condo. The view is amazing and the location was perfect for us. The beach outside the condo wasn’t super overcrowded. It was a relaxing stay.

Was a great condo, however it was really lacking in surface areas other than kitchen counter, small kitchen table and tiny living room coffee table, no place to put things in hallway, living area or bedroom. Only one small bedside table, pedestal type, so with the lamp it didn't even hold phone charger and book. Minimal lighting in bedroom. Refrigerator shelving wobbly, couldn't use top shelf for anything heavy. If staying at Pelican Walk would suggest units on the west side for a better view. The bed was adequate, pillows awful, so bring your own. The unit was clean.

Hi Karen, Thank you for booking the condo and sharing your feedback! Pelican Walk 703 condo is on the east - "sunrise" side of the building. It has a beautiful east facing view that gets early morning sun all year long and sunsets October through March. The west side of Pelican Walk is the "sunset" side of the building that gets afternoon sun and sunset views all year round. I'm so sorry the bed pillows were in bad shape...We had four new really nice king size down alternative pillows (2 firm and 2 soft) in there but they must have been swapped out by a previous recent guest- ugh! I wish you had said something while you were there, I had 2 back-up new king pillows in the owner closet. I do really appreciate you letting me know...I just ordered 4 new ones. Also, Pelican Walk Maintenance has repaired the fridge shelving. They said the glass was out of the groove on the top shelf. In the future, if you ever have any issues during your stay please call the Pelican Walk office number provided with your check-in info. Pelican Walk maintenance is there on-site daily 6am to 11pm ready to fix or replace anything you need.

I had water over flowing from a toliet in condo above me at 6:30 am. Had it not stopped the whole condo could have been badly damaged by the time the office answered at 9.
