The Space:

Step inside, pop upstairs and discover a bright and airy living area designed for relaxation and togetherness. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy quality time with loved ones. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.



Our property features four generous bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second has a queen bed, the third is equipped with two king single beds, and the fourth offers a double bed. A central toilet and separate, well-appointed family bathroom, provides plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day of adventure.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware & utensils you could need, including a coffee pod machine.



Relax in the comfortable living area on the large corner sofa, with a large flat screen, smart TV.

The adjacent dining area seats 8 & is perfect for meals or entertaining friends. Step outside the sliding doors to the deck & dine alfresco, or pull up a lounger to take in the sunset with your favorite beverage.



Downstairs, you'll find a second living area, with a comfortable corner sofa, flat screen smart TV, and round, 4- seater dining table, a perfect kids/teens hangout.

There is also a convenient, separate Toilet. Walk out the sliding doors to a private, fully-fenced, back yard, where you can unwind in the fresh air. Enjoy a bbq on the back patio, dine alfresco at the outdoor table or simply relax with a good book, while the kids play.



For your convenience, the property includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry facilities with washer & dryer, family-friendly amenities (high chair & travel cot) & onsite parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars, or 4 cars with plenty of room for a boat for the fishing enthusiasts



Situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, our home is just a short stroll from the vibrant town centre of Cowes. Here, you'll find a variety of shops, cafes, & restaurants to explore.

The beautiful Cowes Beach is also within walking distance, offering pristine sands & calm waters perfect for swimming & water sports, and the Cowes Boat Ramp, a five minute drive away.



Nearby attractions include the Phillip Island Wildlife Park, The Nobbies Centre and Penguin Parade, the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, A Maze'N'Things, along with numerous scenic walking & cycling trails.

Guests have full access to the entire property, excluding the garage. Pets are welcome.

Please note that our house rules include no smoking inside, no parties or events, no pets on the sofa, and guests must clean up after their pets. We also ask that guests maintain respectful noise levels after 10pm
