Sugar Hut by Tiny Away is tucked away in Colchester, a picturesque city in northeastern Essex, England. The retreat is situated 5 minutes from the A12, 10 minutes from the historic center of Colchester, and less than an hour from the vibrant pulse of London.



Nearby, High Woods Country Park features lush woodlands, meadows, and trails for walking and cycling. Colchester Zoo showcases an array of animals, interactive exhibits, and exciting experiences. Just a short distance away, Dedham Vale offers stunning countryside views and charming landscapes, ideal for nature walks and exploration.



A snug 252-square-foot tiny home is nestled on a 25-acre farm, surrounded by fields and woodland. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. For safety, we recommend staying on marked paths and avoiding horses and other lodges.

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits is not available during a total fire ban
