Three large, comfortable bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom with full en-suite. There is a second queen room and adjacent twin bunk room. The main bathroom features a bath, shower and modern styling.

A spacious lounge with Smart TV, Chromecast and Wi-Fi connected. The gas fire keeps this home cosy and warm in winter, while throughout summer you can open the windows and let the sun stream in!

Off street parking is available for two cars. Please note this property is not fully fenced and the garage is not available for parking.
Just a short drive to the lake and town centre this home is in a great location to enjoy all the events and activities that Great Lake Taupo has to offer!

Please note: There is an external security camera on the property. This is a family home in a residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people..
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
