Fantastic rural views farm house

Beautiful hardwood farm house with fantastic rural views on a lifestyle block sits on between Auckland and Hamilton. Home comforts and everything else you need for a quiet peaceful stay with beautiful views through the heartland. half hour drive from the airport and 45 mins to city. Great rural views and decking, quiet, peaceful private lodge. Restaurant, MacDonalds and Service station just minutes drive. Pukekohe town is 10mins away.
We live in a house on the other side. Convenient to the needs of guests at any time.

Special conditions:
Anyone who needs to make a reservation between 01th November to 10th November must pay 30% deposit of accommodate fee to our Bank account. (Please Note: THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE). The remaining amount must be paid in one month before check-in.

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (included);

Handy location

Spacious home with room for all. Weather was very hot when we stayed and unfortunately the only air con unit, in the master bedroom, was very noisy so we didn’t use it. Lovely outlook and deck.

The location is stunning. The house needs some tlc. It was not as clean as I would’ve preferred it to be. The house has an unpleasant smell as do the towels and linen.

Large property in rural setting

Overall we were happy with property. A few improvements required. There is no available heating - fireplace doesn’t work and heated flooring unable to turn on. The kitchen needs utensils...very hard to cook. No platters and one wine glass. Also no BBQ utensils. Shower slide in ensuite needs replacing...

There are many dishes and barbecue utensils in the cupboard. If you asking we'll be happy to answer your questions. We will improve all the problems and try our best to satisfy the guests. Great place

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will happily come again. There were a couple of problems this time , as the owners were overseas and we had a little difficulty getting in but with the help of the bookabatch team everything was sorted and the help was excellent,

Country delight

It has been really lovely to stretch out in this very spacious house and enjoy the beautiful outlook. The location was just right after a long drive, and the only downside was traffic noise from the motorway. Would definitely recommend
