About this property

'Möwennest 14'. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our large modern penthouse apartment with every comfort and wonderful sea view.

Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.

On a total of 98 square meters, we have created an oasis for 6 persons. The apartment takes up two levels to complete. 4 Stock one, which is easily accessible by elevator. Three bedrooms each with a TV with integrated DVD player, a large spa bathroom with shower and toilet and a separated by a glass door spa with Jacuzzi and sauna provide the necessary relaxation. The comfortable living area is equipped with television, DVD player, stereo radio and a selection of books, DVD's and games. At the stove, we have set up for you a little reading and Plauderecke with 2 armchairs. The kitchen is equipped from the dishwasher to the Tassimo pad machine with everything you need for common cooking actions.

The apartment is located in the attic. The balcony is oriented to the south-east.

Upon availability, a bike shed is available free of charge.

Möwennest Penthouse

Die Wohnung ist toll nur die Sauberkeit grauenvoll!!! Unsauber und dreckig. Die Fenster dreckig. Hinter den Betten, couch und Fernseher Wollmäuse. Im Bad hinter der Waschmaschine und unter dem wirlpool unsauber. Schade für so einen schönen Ausblick und tolle Lage. Dafür das die Entreinugung 130 Euro kostet.

Eine schöne Wohnung und toll gelegen

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in dieser Ferienanlage. Umgebung, Kontakt mit der Agentur und Aufenthalt waren wie immer toll Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber, im Bett lange dunkle Haare, der Backofen von Vorgängern benutzt, das Geschirr teilweise ebenso und einfach in den Schrank gestellt. Staub gewischt oder Spinnweben oben, unten, in den Ecken wurde wohl auch schon etwas länger nicht gemacht. Das war dann insgesamt meine erste Aufgabe. Dazu sende ich auch noch Bilder und werde mich mit der Vermittlung in Verbindung setzen. Ansonsten aber eine komfortable Wohnung, die wir sicherlich nochmal buchen.

Möwennest Penthouse

Die Penthouse Wohnung war toll und in der Vorsaison auch nicht so voll. Das war toll. Die sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht so doll und das kein WLAN vorhanden war. Der Ausblick und die 3 Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick ein traum.

Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte mal im Möwennest 14 und haben die Wohnung bisher noch nie so schmutzig vorgefunden. Vom Kalk in der Wanne und der Kaffeemaschine über eine dreckige Geschirrspülmaschine und verschmutztes Geschirr bis hin zu Wollmäusen und Spinnweben in den Ecken gab es viel zu beanstanden. Diverse Glühbirnen in Sauna, Kühlschrank und im Wohnbereich sind defekt und müssen ersetzt werden. Wir waren schon sehr oft on diversen Wohnungen der Anlage und wurden jetzt zum ersten Mal enttäuscht. Dieses Mal war die Wohnung den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Ergänzend dazu sei darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wohnung kein WLAN (mehr) zur Verfügung stellt, was in der heutigen Zeit ein „No Go“ ist.
