Our comfortably furnished apartment is located in the newly built house "Strandperle" (first time spring 2009) in Strandpark Großenbrode. Here you can relax in every season, relax and unwind. Enjoy the luxury of our apartment in full. After a long beach walk in the sauna or whirlpool, then a glass of tea or red wine in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace - this is pure relaxation.

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The balcony faces south-west.
The sofa is about 2.80 mx 1.50 m.

Die Wohnung war Top! Einzig die Gebäudeeingangstür könnte mal mit einem Stopper ausgestattet werden damit man mit einem Kinderwagen gut durch kommt.

Ein toller Urlaub mitten in der Hauptsaison.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super.Die Kinder haben die Badewanne geliebt.Ein weiteres Highlight für uns war der Strandkorb.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt für uns war die dicke Winterbettwäsche im Sommer. Das war leider sehr warm.Es gab ein paar kleine Ecken, an denen die Sauberkeit nicht ganz so in Ordung war, so im Bad unter dem Waschtisch, war für uns aber kein Problem.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung,mit toller Lage.Check-in und Out hat super geklappt.Es ist auch eine schöne Sache mit dem Eigenen Parkplatz.Das einzigste doof an dem Parkplatz ist, die AbsperrBoller ,welcher anscheind das ganze Jahr unten sind, sind sehr scharfkantig und durch die Enge muss man teils darüberfahren,wobei mir ein Reifen kaputt gegangen ist.

Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal.Man konnte sowohl Strand als auch den Sehr schönen Ortskern von Großenbrode fußläufig erreichen. Es gibt tolle Lokale mit leckerem Essen und eine sehr schöne Strandbar.Auch die Fahrradausflüge nach Fehmarn und Heiligenhafen haben uns sehr gut gefallen

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt: das große Bad mit Sauna und die hellen Zimmer mit Balkon haben uns sofort in den Urlaubsmodus versetzt.Die Nähe zum Strand ist besonders schön!Leider gab es in der Wohnung kein W-lan!

Gute Lage - Fast direkt am Meer

Tolle Lage - Leider etwas laut wegen Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe. Wohnzimmer zu hell wegen fehlender Verdunklungsvorhänge. Ansonsten alles gut Ausstattung war vollständig - Alles notwendige vorhanden !

Eigentlich perfekt mit dickem ABER

Die Wohnung war für uns beide prinzipiell perfekt. Super hell, gemütlich und der Kamin und die Sauna und große Badewanne wurden täglich und gerne genutzt. Allerdings fehlte uns etwas die Liebe und vor allem einige Hinweise. Bezüglich des Check-ins haben wir Informationen erst auf eigene Anfrage ererhalteerhalten. WLAN gibt es nicht in der Wohnung, das könnte bitte in der Anzeige deutlicher hervorgehoben werden! Ansonsten muss man wirklich alles selbst mitbringen: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtuch für die Küche... Aufgrund des fehlenden WLAN war der Fernseher nicht benutzbar. Wir waren eh im digital Detox Urlaub, daher war das für uns völlig okay aber ich kann mir vorstellen dass das für manche schwierige ist.

Tolles Domizil für‘s Winterwochenende

Wir haben bei schönstem Winterwetter die Ostsee bei langen Spaziergängen genossen und uns anschließend im schönen,gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Apartement in der Sauna und der Eckwanne aufgewärmt.Ein toller Aufenthalt mit großem Wellnessfaktor!Das machen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal :-) !

Urlaub in Großenbrode

Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet ,alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Sie ist warm Hell und geräumig. Auch Sauna im Bad und Große Eckbadewanne sind schön zum Relexen.Umgebung ist Schön ,aber um diese Jahreszeit eben nur für Menschen die ihre Ruhe lieben.Ein Wort noch an die Vermieter ,Internet und WLAN würden die Wohnung noch mehr aufpeppen. Aber es war trotzdem schön in Großenbrode.Im Sommer bestimmt Super.Liebe Grüße Familie Bäker aus Oranienburg.

die wohnung wird für 4 personen angeboten. m.e. passt das nicht, da es nur 3 betten gibt. eine person schläft dann auf dem sofa. ein etagenbett im kinderzimmer würde wirklich platz für 4 personen bieten. in der wohnung gibt es überall viele silberfische. manche lampen funktionieren nicht. die heizung im badezimmer lässt sich nicht einstellen.

Großenbrode

Leider war der Aufenthalt in der gebuchten Ferienwohnung nicht wie wir es sonst gewohnt sind. Sehr unpersönlicher Empfang über ein Mini Fenster des Agenturbüros! Keine Wohnungsmappe mit Infomaterial zur Wohnung und Umgebung. Kein W-Lan in der Wohnung (unser Fehler bei der Buchung leider nicht drauf geachtet), aber in der heutigen Zeit ein dicker Minuspunkt. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig, die Kanten der Dusche wurden nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Aufteilung des Bades, mit der hinter der Tür gestellten Waschmaschine, ließ leider nicht genügend Platz mehr für die Toilette, Riesen Badwanne die nicht benötigt wird, genauso wie die eingebaute Sauna. Sonst war die Wohnung funktional mit 2 Schlafzimmern - hier hätte aber vor Bezug noch mal durchgesaugt werden müssen. Der Urlaub musste leider aufgrund eines kleinen Unfalls nach 6 Tagen abgebrochen werden

Wohnung ok - gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist alles in allem eine schöne Option für einen Urlaub in Großenbrode. Sie ist gut gelegen/erreichbar. Sie ist hell und entspricht weitestgehend den inserierten Bildern. Die Küche ist nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war abgesehen vom Badezimmer vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Im Bad ist vor allem die Dusche leider nur mangelhaft. Die Tasse ist uneben und gibt an manchen Stellen nach. Die Duschabtrennung wurde von außen schon lange nicht mehr ordentlich sauber gemacht (vor allem unten die Verbindung zwischen Rahmen und Glas) Und der Schlauch der Handbrause ist oben so brüchig , dass man die Brause nicht mehr aus der Halterung nimmt. Die Deckenleuchte im Wohnbereich hat nicht funktioniert. Über dem Balkon nisten Vögel weshalb gelegentlich Kot und Dreck drauf fällt. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Ruhig war es während unseres Aufenthaltes, die Entfernung zum Strand ist super. Wenn man gewillt ist, hauptsächlich im Bad Abstriche zu machen, ist die Wohnung in Ordnung.
