Guests have access to the entire house, providing ample space and privacy.

Upon arrival you’ll find a convenient double garage with an automatic door opener and internal access into the house. The garage also houses the laundry facilities, including a washing machine/dryer combo and laundry tub. It’s also a perfect space for storing ski gear.

The top level features a large open-plan kitchen, dining, living room with a front row seat to the most attractive views of the Remarkables Mountains and Lake Wakatipu.

The lower-level features two additional bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating for added comfort. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other offers a super king bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request.

Conveniently located just a short drive from both Coronet and Remarkable ski fields and a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop on Frankton Road.

You’re also just a five-minute drive from Queenstown’s town centre, where you can explore all the attractions the town has to offer.
In the opposite direction, a five-minute drive brings you to the Five Mile shopping centre, which features cafes, restaurants, two supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
