About this property

Stunning mountain views, sun soaked, quiet location close to Lake Wanaka

The bAch was built in 2017 so is warm and cosy with all the mod cons like dishwasher, WIFI, and TV, so you can spend your holiday relaxing.

Located in the stunning Kirimoko Park the bAch is walking distance to lake Wanaka and situated in front of Sticky Forest, a popular area for mountain biking and walking. There are fabulous views of Mt Roy, Black Peak, Treble Cone and more. Relax on the beach at the beautiful Eely Point, swim in Lake Wanaka, or enjoy a lakeside BBQ.

There is a huge flat lawn for the kids to play and a great deck with room to seat 8. Plenty of parking for cars and even a boat. There is a heat pump and a log burner to keep you toasty in winter and cool in summer. The beds are comfy and the water pressure in the showers is amazing!

Please note there is a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 per stay, so you can be certain the bAch will be spotless when you arrive as it is professionally cleaned between guests. Linen hire is also compulsory. The $15 per person charge includes sheets, towel, bathmat and handtowel, and tea towels.

Great accommodation in Wanaka

A very comfortable, modern home in a Wanamaker suburb not far from the lake. Spectacular mountain vies, sunny, good heating when the temps dropped to 6*C. Host Chris, very helpful &easy to communicate with. A most enjoyable stay & hope to do this again.

Hoheria Rise Wonder - Wanaka

Snow trip to Wanaka

The bach is well appointed maybe 35 min walk from the waterfront in a quiet new subburb. Nice and warm in winter, good showers, has everything necessary for a short or intermediate stay. Also has some cosy features like indoor and outdoor fire. Nice place, would have liked to stay longer.

Beautiful view of the mountains and great BBQ area

Would recommend it. Only thing that was a little annoying was that you had to make the beds yourself upon arrival… and when you arrive late and are tired, that’s the last thing you want to do.

Winter Snow Getaway

This property was perfect for our family snow getaway. Great location and setup. It had everything we needed from kids toys, warmth with the heat pump added benefit of the fire with heat transfer system. Firewood, kindling and newspaper all ready to go. There’s even an outdoor fire and seating if you want to brave the elements. The kitchen facilities were awesome, beds comfy, bathrooms clean and tidy. it’s great that there’s a carport to save car windows from icing, especially with the early morning departures for snow activities. Highly recommend.

Long weekend - OK

It was not very clean when we entered the property which is disappointing as we pay for a cleaning service. No soap in the bathrooms and only one towel each for staying 3 nights at the property. Little things I know. Please nice and warm, quiet location.
