Please keep in mind this home is a classic kiwi bach which has been partially renovated. There is still plenty of good times to be had in this home with family and friends!
The home is functional with plenty of space. With a well equipped kitchen, Multiple living spaces and a Smart TV there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Plenty of room to park the boat and a good size yard to kick a ball around or have a game of backyard cricket. Kaikōura is a fishing, diving and hunting Mecca!
You have access to the whole home.
Kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper level, with 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and laundry all located on the ground floor.
There are no parties or large gathering allowed at this property.
