The sun-drenched beaches, eateries and attractions of Surfers Paradise are right on the doorstep of this contemporary three-bedroom apartment, located on the Nerang River and offering a comfortable and convenient base to explore this vibrant destination. An open plan kitchen, living and dining area, complete with a spacious balcony, means there is ample room to relax and socialise. You can also take advantage of the building's shared amenities, including a pool, gym, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
Ideally situated overlooking the beautiful Nerang River and just moments from the beaches, eateries, shopping and attractions of Surfers Paradise, this three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxed weekend on the coast.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a bright and modern space to spend time with loved ones when you're not out and about discovering the local sights. Stroll home from the beach and cook up a feast in the large, well-equipped kitchen, which includes all the essentials you'll need including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other basics such as pots, pans and utensils.
Eat at the four-seater dining table or kick back on the sofa and watch TV. From the living area, glass doors slide open to a spacious balcony overlooking the Nerang River – head outside at sunset for sweeping, golden views of the city, river, and the mountains along the horizon.
Three bedrooms sleep seven guests, and all have direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed as well as an ensuite, the second bedroom has a double-size bed and a single, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The main bathroom features stylish floor-to-ceiling tiles and a modern vanity and mirror.
In addition to the pool, the building's shared amenities include a gym, tennis court, spa, and BBQ area, as well as secure undercover parking.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
