Lakefront home on 1.6 acres

This 1941 built home has all been updated and now has city water. With newer kitchen and granite counters, new carpeting. Hardwood on main floor, 4 bedrooms, 3 up and a single on the main floor. 2 bathrooms . 1 up and 1 down. All appliances are new as well as the washer and dryer. A boat dock has been added on the water with all new stairs down to the dock. Belleville lake is mostly a boating lake. No Beach. This lot has a sandy bottom. Steep incline to the water. Not good for toddlers. Rental boats are available on the lake. Nearby is Metro Park with water slides and lazy river swimming.

The house was very comfortable for five adults. We found necessities of things like toilet paper and paper towels plenty for our stay. we also found the kitchen well stocked with necessary items to cook with. we loved the view of the lake.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. The home itself was cozy and welcoming, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Beautiful view of Lake!

This is our 3rd stay because we love the view of the lake and the house has many rooms. Great communication with the manager. House is in a quiet neighborhood .

Location of the property

We scheduled a last-minute trip to visit our granddaughter for Christmas. We picked this property due to its proximity to our daughter's home and our dog travels with us. We love the water, the house sits on the lake, and the view is amazing from the kitchen. The house is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. Our granddaughter enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement and she learned very quickly. The board games were a hit as well. Overall, the stay was okay but it was perfect after our grand was delivered. Thanks Carol.

Great Stay! Absolutely beautiful location!

Property owner is very responsive to requests. I suggested new pans and a month later when we visited again, there were brand new pans! Amazing view of the lake from the large kitchen window!

Great little getaway, amazing vintage home

This place just felt like home. Fully furnished in cozy furniture, ping pong table beautiful yard. Ping pong table in the basement, everything was just great. Amazing view of the lake. This in not one of those cookie cutter rentals. It feels like going to Grandma's for the weekend, which is exactly what we wanted! Original art by the owner decorates this amazing spot. Owner is great and had great advice for things to do in the area as well.

Comfort and Relaxation

The lake house is cozy and an excellent place to relax. The boat dock is also a plus, as we could dock our fishing boat and walk down the stairs to the water. There is also plenty of room outdoors to enjoy your company around the fire pit or the two large porches. Everything you need from town is just around the corner, and all the major cities are only twenty minutes in any direction. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. Also, Carol was a fantastic host. She was straightforward to work with when I needed to make date changes and was there if you needed anything for the house.

Beautiful view of the lake

We loved our stay here! The view from the kitchen window is spectacular. It is rustic, which adds to the charm. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the pots and pans. Coming back in October! Go Blue!!
