The Space:

The townhouse spans three levels, offering ample space and privacy. It features one king-sized bed, four single beds, and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating larger groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. Relax in the living room with the Smart TV, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, or unwind on the outdoor balcony.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the townhouse, including a private parking bay (height limit of 2m). The common areas include a pool, spa, and barbecue facilities. A four-digit access code will be provided for self-check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located in vibrant Northbridge, the townhouse is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars, and cultural spots, such as art galleries and museums. Russell Square is nearby, providing a beautiful green space for relaxation. Enjoy easy access to the lively local atmosphere while still having a peaceful place to retreat.



Getting Around:

Public transport is conveniently located, with bus stops and the Perth Central train station within a short walk, making it easy to explore the city or reach the airport.

Access: Fob in lockbox for building and apartment door entry.

Bin Days: General - Mon, Wed, Fri; Recycling - Mon.

Parking: Parking Bay Available

Security: Cameras in common areas of apartment complex.

Accessibility: Ground floor, small step to shower.

Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay.



CHECK-IN TIME

- from 3 pm onwards.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
