However, we are very sorry for the cleanliness and communication issues you experienced during your stay. We agree that unchanged sheets are completely unacceptable, and we have already addressed this with our cleaning company to ensure our high standards are consistently met. We have also followed up with our local contact regarding the communication gap to ensure promises of assistance are always fulfilled. For future stays, we have added the owner's direct number to the welcome book so guests can easily connect with someone who can help immediately. We are glad that the property fit your needs and was comfortable.We have addressed all of the issues you mentioned with the cleaning crew so that they can check those specific areas. We clean between every guest and make it a point to address all issues that have been mentioned by previous guests.The light you mentioned burns out at random times. It's very windy in Amarillo, and the dust seems to accumulate no matter how much you clean and dust. This is something we notice on the outdoor furniture, even after we've wiped everything down in a matter of minutes.We appreciate your feedback, and are glad the house, other than the small issues, worked great for your stay.
