Very spacious place. Comfortably fit 9 people in the house. Neighbors were very nice and we were able to rent a boat from them. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family stay

The Lodge was a great place for our family gathering. There was plenty of room with the four bedrooms. It was very clean. We enjoyed the backyard. It was nice to be near the water.

Summer Vacation

The resort overall fit our family and the accommodations were nice. The beach was not what we were expecting, we had grandchildren and they wanted to play on the beach and in the water. The beach access was too rocky and the water was weedy.

Family summer vacation

The perfect place to hold our annual family vacation, as our family is growing in size each year! The hosts were quick to respond and even accommodated a special request to help us be as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend to other renters. Nice view of the lake and spacious house.

Family weekend

Great cabin that fit our large family. Having two kitchens w more fridge space was awesome . We also loved having the separate large inclosed porch to be able to have evening adult time without disturbing kids sleeping. Pontoon rental from neighbor was great customer service for sure . Would def recommend .

Simply wonderful!

This location/layout was absolutely ideal. We were looking for a place where we could set up a home away from home for a week, still work and see family and friends. My in-laws had their own bedroom/bathroom on the main floor and my husband and I had our own space upstairs-kitchen included! This place had everything you could think of! The lake, fire pit, deck, porch, big windows- sunsets- everything!

Lake view, kids swimming and fishing

the owners are explicit on the property details online, parking is ample, kids pan fishing was excellent, the pontoon was very comfortable, the refrigerators were good for 6 adults and 4 kids, the lakeside lawn and beach were perfect for able kids and adult access. Great sunsets and west breeze off lake, lots of early AM fish activity around the dock, quiet at night, plenty of seating outside, grill, oven and stovetops work great. A/C works great, plenty of fans.

fun on the Lake

The group that stayed in the house was 6 adults and one 7-year-old. The house was very well supplied with in all areas. We ate at the house and had all the dishes, eating and cooking supplies we would ever need. The house matched the photos and descriptions you saw online. The hosts were very easy to work with and helpful. We enjoyed the lake swimming and renting a boat.along with a little fishing. We would stay again.

Clean, great yard and beautiful lake!

Brian was extremely communicative throughout our stay. We rented the pontoon which is a must. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Ample amount of towels and kitchen supplies. No extra blankets or spices so keep that in mind when planning your trip! Yard is spacious and was great for yard games and shade from tree is welcome on hot days. Large tv for the one rainy morning we had and large areas for board games. Rush City is a very small town with not much more than a bakery and a couple of gas stations but we did have good meals at The Fort and The Grumpy Minnow. Watched fireworks from our dock which was great and the fire pit was great.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at the lodge on Rush Lake. The house is spacious and well cared for. There is plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. This house was built by my great grandparents and was my dad's childhoom home. We spent most of the time looking at old photos and hearing stories about the property (which was a resort and farm that included the twin barns) and what the area was like back in the day. It's nice to see the property is restored and well cared for. I would gladly rent it again in the future.

Wedding get away

Nice location right on the lake shore. Did look like it could have used a bit of cleaning prior to arrival. Lots of box elder bugs as well as lady bugs around the floor and in the light fixtures. Wife spent 45 minutes sweeping them up. Had all the kitchen items we needed as well as good towels
