Very quiet environment, bird life,bush track to the beach Private,quiet own entrance and great views of manu bay.Self contained,no sharing with other people.Both bedrooms and living area have views of Manubay


The kitchenette has a 2 ring hob for cooking, ,frig,toaster,jug,pots.pans etc. Owner lives upper level.I do not charge a cleaning fee,but a fee will be charged if the apartment is left untidy,dirty etc.I do not supply tea coffee, toiletries personal soap sorry

If only 2 people book, bedroom#2 is locked and [*new*}Queen size[mattress [155cm by 200cm] bedroom #1 is occupied.If booking for 2 people and want separate bedrooms,extra charge $55-70 per nite.



Guests are asked to conserve water and do not run taps unnecessarily, use water sparingly. All Manu Bay/Whale Bay area collect rainwater from roof and stored in tanks, no town supply.
.This is basic cleaning so guests are ask to tidy up before check out. Any extra cleaning, the fee will be passed on to the guests. Its a simple, no frills apartment. Place is surrounded by trees, bush so sometimes a cobweb and a bug or 2 may pop up. Its out of my control. There is only one tap[cold] in the kitchen(use electric jug to clean dishes etc) The bathroom/shower has hot/cold water. This place will not suit you if you are looking for more Mod. Cons and excellent cleaning

.The very low base/ queen size mattress[155cmx200cm]room#1] is NOT a king size plus mattress and is NOT suitable for big couples [people]with large body frames. This type of mattress and base offers limited area and support .If 2 people share bed, No more than 87kg or 190lbs max for either male or female. Salesman advice. No exceptions, sorry. May not be suitable for children .Guests can determine if safe by viewing veranda photo

Guests have a option to bring linen,pillows,duvets,toilet paper or rent from me $14 per room. Check in 230 pm-6pm. NO Checkin after 6:30pm
