Experience comfort in this modern apartment located in Kingston. Enjoy spacious living areas, contemporary design, and easy access to the serene Kingston Foreshore. Ideal for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway.
You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom have king-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung 65` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage provides parking space for one car. There is free 2 hour street parking available outside.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
The common areas are managed by building management and can be closed without prior notice. We try our best to provide the most accurate information. Please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
STRATA NOTICE: (These works are all weather permitting):
- External and Internal Abstract Painting will be on site at Bridgepoint beginning on Mid-January
- Please be advised that there will be construction noise due to unit specific renovation works that will start on 3rd March 2025
- The contractors will be on site at BRIDGE POINT to carry out Private Works on: Monday 28th July 2025 – Monday 11th August 2025. Please note that during this period, there may be increased noise levels and construction activity occurring between the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm.
- Please note that private works at Bridge Point will take place from 28 July to October 2025. Contractors will have access to the East Lobby lift from 10am to 11am daily. Please expect increased noise during the initial stages of the works.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
