The property is located an a quiet street.It is an easy 2 minute walk to catch the bus to the city.There are some lovely local walks along the shore and green space

Very spacious property with amble room for storing belongings and family activity. Well equipped in all amenities (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and fantastic outdoor area with great sea view. A/C and heaters allow for easy control of inside temperature. Located in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic, but relatively central suburb of Lynfield is within easily accessible distance of most places in Auckland. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was really good, the only element to improve a little bit was cleaning, there were few spider webs

The house was uninhabitable due to extremely bad odors beginning the second we opened the door!

The kitchen was fully equiped. We only had two issues with the hiuse. First, the house smelled musty. Second the upstairs attached bathroom carpet was damp and that room also smelled musty. We avoided usomg the bathroom.
