Condo was very nice with great location to visit St Pete Beach as well as Clearwater. Beautiful Beach. The beds were comfortable and the Bidets were a very nice surprise.Stumbled into a great Beach Bar Paradise Grill on St Pete Beach, good food and drinks, playing Jimmy Buffett music. John's Pass shopping is not to be missed.

I was amazed at how close this condo was to the beach! The sunset views were breathtaking! It is an older unit, but remodeled and lovely. Everything was stocked, including beach towels. I would definitely recommend this Rental.

Owner Cancelled Reservation

Mad reservations for our anniversary. Owner canceled the reservation after accepting my payment. We were left with no place to stay at the last minute and on spring break. It took hours sitting in a parking lot looking for something available. Fortunately our 1200 was refunded the next day. But why would you keep a listing available knowing it was still be remolded?

Aire Dam is one of the best places to stay if u want to be on the beach and have great service. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. You are close to everything. And you are right across from a couple of great restaurants. Double bonus.
