View and location was excellent. Condo overall was nice, but needed a deep clean. The leather reclining couch was nice, but one recliner was broken. Need a little upgrade on kitchen cookware and utensils. Excellent restaurant/bar across the street, The Reef, excellent bartender is Rick. Enjoyed our stay, but would not rent in the future.

Loved the small condo building and more private vibe! The condo itself was well equipped and very comfortable! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella in the condo and spent most of our time on the gorgeous beach and in the water! Love the clean beach and property!!

The condo is very well appointed and very clean. The location is great and the property manager responses to all questions. The pool isn't open now but I'm told it will be soon. The beach is beautiful.

Great view right on the first floor and a palm tree out the window (palm tree enhances the view it doesn’t obstruct it as I thought maybe when we booked it) would absolutely stay here again and will. Wonderful restaurants and bars and coffee walking distance

Wonderful Beach Stay

We have stayed at an Aerie Dam property for the last 4 years. We love the beach and the amenities ae great. There's a local group of sundown worshipers that stop by at least once a week that we enjoy watching and occasionally interacting with. The balconies are perfect for beach watching without getting too much sun.
