Ce condo est situé directement sur les rives du golfe du Mexique à la belle plage de Madère, 1. 5 miles au nord de la célèbre col Boardwalk John, où se trouvent des boutiques et des restaurants. La première chose qu'un visiteur voit en marchant dans cette 3ème étage condo est une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. La porte de la piscine de la vie privée ouvre directement sur votre plage privée. L'eau cristalline du golfe du Mexique est un 150 pieds de la propriété. Les portes coulissantes en verre de la salle de séjour et la chambre principale ouverte sur le balcon avec une vue complète du Golfe.

Very clean condo. View from the condo was amazing. Minimal walk and you were right on the beach. Close to many good restaurants. The grounds around the pool and condo were very well kept.

This condo is unbelievable! Ocean front, nicely renovated, private beach access, pool/spa, and across from restaurants. Free parking and grocery store 5 mins away. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better rental— we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was just as pictured and the ocean views were beautiful! Watched for dolphins each morning and admired the beautiful sunsets! The beds are very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and we love that you can now see the ocean from the pool! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Had a nice and relaxing stay in this nice apartment. Our demands were completely fulfilled. Located at a wonderful beach, supermarket and shops are nearby.

We enjoyed our stay so much at the aire dam condos. Our condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked loved the beautiful view of the gulf from our 3rd floor balcony. So close to the beach and area shopping and resturants. John was a wonderful host and the property manager debbie kept in contact. Would definitely stay there again.

Book this Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Wonderful views, clean and very well stocked! We had the best time! The location is perfect. The beach out front is not very crowed and did I mention the views?! Beach access right in front of the condo and about a mile or so away from John’s Pass with plenty of restaurants and things to do. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we loved it and we will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the perfect vacation spot!

Perfect Beach Spot!!!

My family and I stayed in August. The condo looked exactly as it did online and was very clean! The location was perfect!! On the beach and pool access, and some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen. There are also restaurants within walking distance, and shopping/activies just a short drive away. John, the owner, was very responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your awesome place with us! We can't wait to return!

Great Spring Break!

This condo was very clean! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and board games! We were definitely set up for the week without any additional items to purchase which makes it really nice when traveling by plane! The owner John was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had! The location is great with a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Would recommend especially if traveling with kids!

We were so excited to stay in this beautiful condo. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene had different plans for us. Both the owner and property manager were excellent and timely with communication. Knowing the extent of storm damage to the area, they gave a full refund. We will book with him again!

This is the third time we have stayed at Arie Dam (Madeira spelled backwards). The best beach location with the condo closest to the water and the beach has never been too busy. Each unit we have stayed in has been beautiful and very spacious. We stayed in Unit 303 this time and everything appeared to be new with a fresh remodel. They have taken excellent care of this condo after the hurricane and almost have everything back to new like conditions. The pool is really nice especially after being out on the beach in the heat. The manager was super helpful with anything we needed for our room and the owner stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed to help make or stay exceptional. We plan on more visits to Madeira and will continue to use Arie Dam. Extremely easy to drive to this location and easy to get to all the things we planned to do while staying here.

We have stayed at multiple different condos from Madeira Beach down to Indian Rocks beach and I must say this has been one of our favorite units! Everything we needed was provided from beach chairs down to dish soap. The unit was beautifully decorated, and I loved the spacious bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Another thing I really liked was that this unit's balcony had three separate screens you could open instead of just one (what most units in building have) which made viewing the ocean much easier. Access into the unit, the pool and the beach was a breeze. Another nice perk were the bathrooms right near the pool. The owner was great to work with. He called me ahead of our stay to let me know the elevator was currently not usable as it was waiting on final inspection after being repaired. I really appreciated the phone call and the heads up. Luckily, it was back to operating before we left so we did not have to lug our luggage down three flights of stairs. :) We would 100% stay in this unit again on our next trip down to Mad Beach.

Perfect location and getaway

The property was just as described. It is in a great location and such a beautiful view. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us. The games came in handy during the tropical storm. We will definetly rent again on our next visit to Madeira Beach Kevin
