Sanh, unfortunately you have written this false review after your own short giving and appauling behavior in addition to breaking our house rules, damaging our prperty and bringing additional unpaid guests. You clearly did not read out listing nor looked at our photos which your own wife confirmed. We were advised from the VBRO customer Care to ask you to leave our property after you poor behavior. We tried to reason with you on site however you became extremely aggressive and abusive to myself and then again with my husband after you were advised of our house rules in which you had deliberately broken. Our property has clear photographs which clearly show all of our amenities and our description is clear and correct. As for the BBQ, your comment is both a untrue and totally incorrect. We provide a fully stocked bbq for all of our guests and no one has to ask prior approval. You had bought unapproved additional guests and when we requested as per our house rules, that they paid for, you refused. We tried calmly to discuss this issue with you however you became hostile and abusive. Our description of property clearly states that our property is a 1 bedroom studio with a kitchenette, whichincludes fridge, kettle, toaster, kitchen nook, it doesn't state it includes a sink. This is the correct definition of a kitchenette. We asked by signage and explained that parking was street parking, however you disregarded this request parking a car and boat in the driveway. I requested this be moved as I needed to attend work and I could not move my car with your blocking me in. You became aggressive and told me that I could wait until he was ready to move. Your complete rudeness and pure aggression made the situation you created. In addition the damage you caused to the studio caused you to loose your damage deposit. In addition to removing our house keys and refusing to return them. This is why you have written this review.
