Key collection for your stay is handled via a lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied; however, guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels).

Alternatively, linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.
