About this property

Ideally located only 5 minutes walk from beautiful Moffat Beach and its many cafes and restaurants, this freshly renovated beach house is the perfect place for a relaxed stay.

With a lovely big deck and fully fenced garden, the property is suitable for families and pets. The two bedroom, two bathroom house is air conditioned with spacious kitchen, living and verandah. All appliances are brand new, including the bbq. The large garden has a lovely grassed area to enjoy with family or friends.

Moffat Beach headland is a renowned surfing spot. Tooway Creek also runs to the beach and is a gentle and safe place for kids to swim. An off-leash dog beach is the next beach north. The park in front of the beach has large grassed areas, shady trees and multiple playgrounds for children and is a perfect place for lunch.

Shelly and Kings Beaches are also a short walk away and it's only a 2min drive to the local commercial centre, Caloundra high street.

Pets are welcome in the garden but definitely not inside. No linen provided. Contacts for a linen service are provided on booking.

It's an ideal house to stay at.

There was no negatives about this place. Neat as a pin, modern appliances, very roomy and a lovely ambience was to be had. 5/5 for us. Will stay there again, hopefully very soon.

This property has everything you need and more. Quality fixtures and awesome aesthetics styled home. Good dog friendly yard. Was further to the beach than I thought and there was a new house being constructed next door. This is a great Property and once the new house next door is complete will be lovely and highly recommended to anyone that wants a tasteful well designed holiday house to enjoy.

Superb stay over Christmas, great house!

We, 4 adults and 2 small children, stayed in this lovely spacious house over Christmas. We found the house in perfectly maintained and super clean state and we're so delighted with the modern and huge kitchen (and fridge), cosy and modern bedrooms and bathrooms, and the absolutely wonderful terrace with big table, comfy chairs and BBQ. The garden was quite big for our 3 and 4 yo to play soccer and run around. Possibility to park our rental car on the premises was a big plus! The location was perfect and close to several beaches, with and easy access to highway. In the surroundings we visited Australia Zoo, Glasshouse Mountains and Mooloolaba, all very close by. Contact with the owners per email was allright, instructions for check-in were simple and clear. We would absolutely recommend staying here (as we would like to live here ourselves)! The only minor advice would be WiFi access.

Lovely little house!

We recently stayed in this lovely house for a weekend away to Caloundra. It has everything you need when staying at a self contained holiday home. Great location and Matthew was excellent with quick responses and communication. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I recommend is to barrier off the grass section so guests know not to park there. We received a message asking us to move our car off the grass which is fair enough but gave us the impression we were being watched.
