Please be advised that Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing a phased exterior restoration project, including balcony repairs, concrete work, and painting. During your stay, you may experience construction noise during working hours and occasional adjustments to parking availability.

Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, during which the pool will be closed. The pool is available daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction concludes and remains open all day on weekends. Please note that the balcony for this unit will NOT be accessible and the booking is non-refundable. The nightly rate has been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.
