Pool heating: If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional fee of $250 per day (or $350 per day in winter – June to August), ensuring a warm and luxurious swimming experience in all seasons.
Please note that a minimum of 2-days pool heating is required and we require at least 48hrs prior notice confirming pool heating.

**The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.

2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 14.
