Horrible location especially for teenagers! Nobody answers phone, nobody responds to emails.

Nice Place, Odd Location
The property was clean and comfortable, but it was quite a hike to Downtown/The Gulch. I wouldn’t consider it “minutes” away. Also, parking was pretty difficult at times. We ended up driving more than we had hoped (because the property wasn’t an easy walk to downtown and Gulch) and a couple times had a difficult time finding a parking spot in the lot designated for guests.
