Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat, located in the beautiful Nordix development. Perfect for families or groups, this stylish space offers a mix of comfort, privacy, and a serene natural setting for your mountain getaway.
The main level of this retreat invites you to relax in an open-concept living area, complete with cozy seating and stunning views. The fully equipped modern kitchen and adjacent dining area make it easy to prepare meals and enjoy quality time together, whether you're planning a quick breakfast before heading out or a shared dinner after a day of adventures.
Upstairs, youâll find two inviting bedrooms that provide restful retreats. The primary bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, while the second bedroom also includes an ensuite. Both rooms are designed for comfort, offering premium linens, ample storage, and a serene atmosphere.
On the garage level, a third bedroom provides added privacy with its own private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor back area. This peaceful space offers a serene connection to nature, with the soothing sound of the creek below. Please note: This bedroom does not have direct interior access to the main or upper levels of the home. Guests will need to exit through the garage to reach the main living space.
